Once Sold is an online marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers of pre-loved Asian wear. We do not store, dispatch, or manage any physical items.
All shipping costs, delivery methods, timelines, and tracking arrangements are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller.
Sellers are fully responsible for packaging, dispatching, and providing accurate delivery information.
Once Sold is not liable for courier delays, damaged parcels, lost shipments, customs charges, or failed delivery attempts.
Any disputes regarding delivery must be resolved directly between buyer and seller.
Once Sold acts solely as a facilitator platform and holds no responsibility for shipping or delivery matters.
