Autohton.com is a platform dedicated to Moldovans and Romanians living abroad, created to bring the authentic taste of home to those who miss it. By partnering with trusted local producers from Moldova and Romania, we offer genuine products delivered quickly and safely.

How Delivery Works

1. Order Collection
   • Orders are collected weekly on:
     • Tuesday afternoon
     • Wednesday morning (until 10:00 AM)
2. Dispatch
   • All packages are dispatched from Moldova every Wednesday.
3. Placing an Order
   • If you place your order between Thursday and Monday (by 10:00 AM), it will be collected and dispatched that same week, and you will receive it on Friday or Saturday, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.
4. Delivery Time
   • The estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days.
   • Delivery is handled by trusted international parcel shipping companies, especially on the Moldova – UK/EU route.

• The standard delivery price is £1.5 / kg.
• The final delivery fee is automatically calculated within the app, based on the total package weight.
• The total amount will be displayed at checkout and must be paid in full when placing the order.
• The delivery fee includes handling, packaging, transport, and product verification.

• We work exclusively with tested and reliable courier companies experienced in international delivery.
• In case your package is confiscated at customs, you can choose between:
  • A full refund
  • Free reshipment with the next available shipment

• Autohton.com is not responsible for the taste or quality of the products, which are guaranteed by the producers listed on the platform.
• We commit to working only with the best and most reliable local producers, verified and recommended.
• Payments are made securely online.
• Vendors receive their payments only 3 days after the delivery has been confirmed by the recipient.
• Each customer pays a 6.5% commission on the total order value to help support and maintain the Autohton.com platform.
