Collaboration Agreement

By registering as a vendor on the Autohton.com platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms of collaboration. This agreement constitutes a binding contract that governs the commercial relationship between you (the vendor) and Autohton.com (the marketplace operator).

1. Purpose of the Agreement

Autohton.com provides local producers from Moldova and Romania with the opportunity to sell their products on the digital platform www.autohton.com. As a vendor, you agree to abide by the marketplace rules and supply products that are compliant with their descriptions and current legislation.

2. Eligibility

The vendor must be a legally registered entity in Moldova or Romania – either as a sole proprietor (PFA), individual enterprise, or a legal entity. Autohton.com reserves the right to request supporting documentation.

3. Product Quality

• The vendor is fully responsible for the quality, compliance, safety, and accuracy of the product descriptions.
• Autohton.com does not bear responsibility for the taste, quality, or any reactions caused by the products.
• All listed products must be locally produced in Moldova or Romania and must comply with relevant food safety, labeling, and consumer protection standards.

4. Delivery & Logistics

• Parcels are collected every Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning, and dispatched from Moldova every Wednesday.
• The estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days.
• Shipping is managed by third-party partner courier companies.
• In case a package is confiscated at customs, the customer has two options:

1. • full refund,
   • reshipment in the next available delivery cycle.

5. Commission & Payments

• The vendor agrees to pay a 6.5% commission from each sale to Autohton.com.
• Vendor payouts are made after deducting the platform’s commission and according to a pre-agreed schedule (e.g., weekly/monthly).
• Withdrawals are only possible after parcel delivery is confirmed, with a minimum of 3 days from the dispatch date.
• This condition ensures delivery verification and customer protection.

6. Duration & Termination of the Agreement

• The agreement becomes effective from the moment of registration and remains valid indefinitely.
• Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ prior written notice (email is accepted).
• In cases of serious violations (e.g., fraudulent deliveries, breach of platform rules), Autohton.com reserves the right to suspend the vendor account without prior notice.

7. Personal Data Handling

• Vendors are responsible for managing customer data received for order fulfillment.
• Autohton.com complies with GDPR regulations and expects the same from its vendors in handling personal data securely and confidentially.

8. Limitation of Liability

Autohton.com is not a party to the transaction between the vendor and the buyer. The platform facilitates order placement and logistics but is not liable for disputes. However, Autohton.com may mediate if necessary.

9. Acceptance

By creating a vendor account and using the Autohton.com platform, you confirm that you agree to all terms outlined in this Collaboration Agreement and that you will adhere to them throughout your participation.
