All orders are prepared exactly according to the customer’s request. For every package:

For these reasons, we cannot take back a parcel if the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the order.
3. Exceptions

In such cases:
If the products are non-flammable / non-combustible and return shipping is possible, we can send a replacement package at no extra cost to the customer.

To process any exception, the customer must provide photo or video evidence immediately after receiving the package.

2. After 2 hours – cancellation is no longer possible
If the cancellation request is sent after the 2-hour window, we will no longer be able to accept it.
This is our internal policy, firmly established, and it will not be changed.
After this period, the order enters processing, and the products are prepared exactly according to the customer’s request.
3. How to request a cancellation
To request an order cancellation:
a single email must be sent to our official store email address;
the email must include a clear request for cancellation,
and proof of the time the order was placed (e.g., screenshot or the confirmation email).
Requests sent through multiple messages, social media, or any other channels will not be considered. Only cancellation requests sent through one single email are valid.
4. Cancellation confirmation
If the request is sent within the allowed time, the cancellation will be confirmed through an official email reply.
